8oz Sirloin Steak with Vine Tomatoes and mushrooms


 Creamy brandy and mixed peppercorn sauce

With a creamy Mussel and white wine sauce

Wrapped in smoked streaky bacon with a Stilton cheese and mushroom sauce

Pork Rossini

Pork steak placed on fried bread and topped with pate and finished in a Rich red wine sauce
